The provisions set out in Table 8B are not justified by detailed evidence and does not provide an effective basis for implementation of the Plan over its plan period. Strategic infrastructure headings should be identified alongside mechanisms for delivery of those items, with detailed information about triggers agreed through the determination of planning applications, in accordance with paragraph 177 of the NPPF.
