Representation Summary:

More use of rail services. No mention made of making more use of train services or investing in rail infrastructure to improve public transport further. More use of the Westerfield/Ipswich rail line should be made by adding more services and lightweight style people carrier trains for the route might help a more regular, punctual and relaxed service.
[Not sure if this is against the right para but there's a lack of 'Respond' pencils next to other paragraphs.]

No mention made of making more use of train services or investing in rail infrastructure to improve public transport further. More use of the Westerfield/Ipswich rail line should be made by adding more services and lightweight style people carrier trains for the route might help a more regular, punctual and relaxed service (e.g. British Rail Class 139 see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Rail_Class_139). Train usage would also be greatly encouraged if the service arrived/departed closer to the town centre. Has any thought been given to using the rail infrastructure still in place at the old cattle yard to bring trains across the river towards the docks from where it could be taken up to the now wide Princes Street/Civic Drive boulevard or into Cardinal Park near the cinema. Cities and large towns are investing in train and tram networks to help move people around their environs, so can more be done along these lines for the expanding Ipswich? New stations around the town, extending the rail infrastructure and tram services (Henley Road/Bridleway next to Christchurch Park?!) should all be considered.
