I very much approve of measures to prevent more motor vehicles coming into the town centre and encouraging people to leave their cars at the edge of town to come in.
Could facilities be built or publicity to promote park and cycle, which avoids having to have huge increases in the bus capacity?

The conservation area is not mentioned amongst the constraints. The site allocation will need to be justified in terms of its heritage impacts.
