Draft Site Allocations and Policies (incorporating IP-One Area Action Plan) Development Plan Document

Representation ID: 30

Received: 12/02/2014

Respondent: Mr Rowland Shaw

Representation Summary:

Some of the trees referred to in 91/00008/TPO (specifically in W1 and T1) have been dead for a number of years, with fallen limbs obstructing the pathway since St Judes storm of 2013. Would suggest a reassessment of TPOs in the area prior to making further decisions on this site, as they may no longer be relevant.

Representation Summary:

But would suggest consideration be given to retaining some of this site to accomodate car parking for possible 'park & ride'. This need not be laid out as dedicated 'park & ride' as the area is served by the existing bus network provided access can be achieved in conjunction with site 150c. This may assist some of the traffic pressure on the Nacton Rd.
