Representation Summary:

Against the existing Local Plan, this proposes further loss of countryside off Tuddenham Rd in addition to the three Garden Suburb neighbourhoods and the erosion of such designated countryside in the Borough is not acceptable or sustainable. No assessment of the traffic issues has been made which include increased traffic; its effects on the humpback bridge, the absence of footways on the adjacent narrow stretch of road;increased coach usage and rat running on Humberdoucy Lane. These should be examined in detail and resolved before redesignation is considered.
