Representation Summary:

In the light of the Inspector's approach at the Colchester focused changes examination, certain policies will need to be robustly evidenced to substantiate the changes made and the elements of the policy to which no changes have been made. The change to Policy DM29 to clarify the function of incidental open space is welcomed. However, supporting Apendix 6 appears to have been changed on the basis of evidence not in the public domain. This evidence must be published as a matter of priority.
