Car Parking (section 5.52 P50) - we are not convinced that Travel Ipswich has "encouraged mode switching" in the way described or aspired to. It may, instead, have simply reduced visitors which is to the detriment of the town. We are extremely concerned about the way in which this section appears to indicate continuing with an anti-car direction.
