Representation ID: 5262

Received: 05/03/2015

Respondent: Historic England

Representation Summary:

Although this area does not contain any designated heritage asset, it is situated between two conservation areas (Central and Burlington Road) and a number of listed buildings, including the Grade II* Churches of St Matthew and St Mary at the Elms and the Grade I Willis Building. Part of the site also lies within the area of archaeological importance. We welcome the additional reference to heritage assets and archaeology as a development principle.
