Relating to the proposed sites located in proximity to the Water Recycling Centres- WRCs (formally referred to as Sewage or Wastewater Treatment Works),- although reference is made in the text to their location in relation to the WRC, it is recommended that there is a requirement that an odour assessment (in liaison with the WRC operator) is carried out to assess the risk of odour impact on the proposed development to ascertain the suitability of the site for residential development. The sites are IP058 IP067 and IP099
