CS4 - The County Council supports this amendment, which will help ensure compliance with the biodiversity duty as set out in the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006. It improves the soundness of the proposed policy through stronger legal compliance and a more effective response to the requirements of paragraph 109 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
