Greater flexibility is required in relation to the percentage of the site required for the proposed extension of the school site, in view of the marginal viability situation for the residential element of the site, in addition to reference being made to the need for flexibility over Section 106 contributions more generally.

Reference should also be made to the need for regard to be had to viability considerations, specifically in respect of the siting of the intended cycle/footbridge.
