Respondent: Save Our Country Spaces

Representation Summary:

SOCS suggest the Final Draft Local Plan fails the tests of soundness as it is not positively prepared, not justified, not effective and not consistent with national policy.

The Climate Change agenda (NPPF10) is insufficiently addressed and proposals are contrary to this.

The HRA and SA have inadequately and inaccurately assessed the effects of the plan.

Serious adverse effects, as required under NPPF 6 - 17, have not been properly identified.

NPPF-11 has not been adequately taken into account.
