Representation Summary:

The development of this Plan offers an opportunity to amend the AAI, in line with the Urban Archaeology Database Project (UAD) and assessment of Character Zones undertaken for the Supplementary Planning Document. The existing AAI was used to inform these zones, as was information in the UAD, and it may be most useful, clear to a developer and complementary to the SPD if the AAI reflects the core 'Zone 1' areas (see page 63 of the SPD).

The County Council would be happy to discuss this point, with the Council and Historic England, and to provide any evidence.
