Masterplan should include land uses that compliment the Regent Theatre by offering restaurants and hotels for people to visit/stay before and after shows at the Regent. This would enhance the visitor experience. Currently as it stands the Regent (the great offering that it is) is dragged down by its surrounding land uses.
