The allocation for housing is supported and the likely timescale for delivery (M) is considered to be realistic.

It is noted that the capacity is 'indicative'. However, it is considered that the indicative capacity of 66 homes is low and, given the site's sustainable location and the character of the area, there is scope for significantly more homes to be provided.

Subject to design and ratio of flats/ houses, it is considered therefore that a significantly higher capacity could be achieved.

Requested that the indicative capacity and density (55dph) be expressed as minimum to be consistent with Policy DM22.
