Sound? Not specified

Duty to co-operate? Not specified

Representation Summary:

Issues raised previously haven't been addressed. The SA represents an optimistic view. For example it assumes 15% modal shift from cars to more sustainable transport. The impact on the town centre of the Council's focus on delivering the sugar beet site should be assessed. It does not assess the potential impacts of the garden suburb development halting midway. Not surprised by conclusions that there are no changes to significant effects or mitigation.
