Object to the playing field to the south of the Local Centre 24 (Dumbarton Recreation Ground) because it includes private land that is owned by Treemenity Ltd. This land is registered under Title Deed SK5122. This should not be included in the plan because it is not in the ownership of the local authority.

I is suggested that the boundaries to the playing field at Dumbarton Recreation ground be amended to remove this piece of private land from the plan as per the title deed identified above.
