Full text:

The proposal is unsustainable socially, economically and environmentally.

The proposed site poses dangers to the public. A member of the public was recently killed on the A14 in an accident involving a horse that escaped from a gypsy site nearby. I have witnesed horses that have escaped. Bramford already suffers a nuisance from horses left on private land in the village, and I fear that the land behind the proposed Site Allocation will be similarly used.

It does not represent a fair or rational allocation of sites across Ipswich.

I am concerned it will adversely affect local businesses. These include Clarice House where I have been a member, but would not feel safe if this site were to go ahead.
