Unsustainable socially, economically and environmentally.
Poses dangers to the public.
It does not represent a rational allocation of sites across Ipswich.
Concern of adverse effect of the proposed use on local business.
The proposal is unsustainable socially, economically and environmentally.
The proposed site poses dangers to the public. A member of the public was recently killed on the A14 in an accident involving a horse that escaped from a gypsy site nearby. I have witnesed horses that have escaped. Bramford already suffers a nuisance from horses left on private land in the village, and I fear that the land behind the proposed Site Allocation will be similarly used.
It does not represent a fair or rational allocation of sites across Ipswich.
I am concerned it will adversely affect local businesses. These include Clarice House where I have been a member, but would not feel safe if this site were to go ahead.
