Support removed reference that the façade on Carr Street is to be retained, reverting to a more factual approach. The amended text will provide helpful flexibility to the Society in bringing forward appropriate uses for the land in its ownership as part of this site, which it is considered will reap substantial benefits to the town and would support the long term viability and vitality of the town centre.
