Supports allocation for residential development, but objects to the detail of the allocation - the proposed density of a future scheme is considered very low for a sustainable location and the abnormal costs associated with remediating the site.
A mixed-use scheme, comprising residential development with additional community uses, such as a doctor's surgery is suggested. This should be reflected in the Council's Site Allocations Document.
