Representation Summary:
When this area is redeveloped I would consider it prudent to include a footpath from Hines Road to connect to Derby Road at/near Rose Hill School for the obvious benefits to the safety of parents and children.
I would consider an access road to the redevelopment adjacent to the school to be an error, due to safety reasons and congestion (Any Road link by-passing the Felixstowe Road/ Derby Road junction would become a rat-run.
