Representation Summary:

Paragraph 9.32.1, in clarifying that waste uses can come forward on employment allocations when compatible with adjacent uses, is also helpful in respect of relocating the Ipswich Household Waste Recycling Centre. It is also consistent with emerging policy WP3 of the SMWLP, which clarifies that land allocated for B2 and B8 uses are appropriate employment allocations, subject to emerging policy GP4 which considers the impacts of proposals on the local environment.
