The policy and supporting text as currently drafted includes a definition by which
The Winerack could be taken as a baseline for defining a tall building in Ipswich.
This is counter to the historic building heights within Ipswich. We also are concerned that the tall building arc identified on the IP-One Policies Map includes a significant area within the setting of grade I Willis Building. We would be happy to discuss this further with you prior to the next iteration of the Plans.
