Insert the following additional wording; "The site is on the outskirts of the core of the medieval town. A Post-medieval tile built kiln or oven was recorded immediately to the immediate north, along with potential evidence for a bank associated with a medieval water channel (IPS 440). A condition on any consent would be required. Evaluation in accessible areas should be undertaken as a first stage of work."
