Policy DM54 Arts, Culture and Tourism could be in the Development Management document (Core Strategy), as having two documents which both contain development management policies is confusing. We recommend that all DM policies are contained in the same document. Regarding paragraph 6.56, we request to be consulted on improvements to the environment of the New Wolsey Theatre.
