The site was refused permission for housing due to proximity to the A14. Five pitches is an unrealistic figure. Vehicular access to the site is not safe as it is on a bend near the A14 bridge and therefore has poor visibility. Concern the development wouild have a negative effect on neighbouring Clarice House
