The site is unsuitable due to access constraints onto a busy road. A previous housing proposal was refused due to noise and pollution form the nearby A14. Concern adjacent Clarice House would be negatively affected by the proposal. The site would hold more than the proposed 5 pitches and the fear is that the number would be increased.
