Object to the proposal at IP065 unless replacement playing fields can be provided which are of equivalent or better quality and quantity in a suitable location and subject to equivalent or better management arrangements, prior to the commencement of development. Given this site's history, Sport England may be agreeable to mitigation that seeks to secure financial contributions to make qualitative or quantitative improvements to other playing fields in the vicinity. The policy should be clear that mitigation will be required for the loss of these former playing fields.
