Object to the proposal at IP256 unless replacement playing fields can be provided which are of equivalent or better quality and quantity in a suitable location and subject to equivalent or better management arrangements, prior to the commencement of development. In this instance we are concerned that the loss of this facility would be detrimental to existing users of the site even if an alternative site was secured, as users would lose access to ancillary facilities e.g. clubhouse, changing rooms. Any alternative facility would need to replicate not just the pitch but all ancillary facilities that serve it.
