Whilst supportig the allocation of the site it is felt the statement that the site is suitable for primarily B1 use is adversely restrictive and the site should be deemed suitable for B1, B2, B8 and Sui Generis uses. Delivery of the site should not be phased but market-led and not developed in tandem with the as yet un-allocated adjacent site in Mid -Suffolk DC's area. Clarification is required that site 140b is not intended to be allocated for use as a Gypsy/Traveller site.
