Representation Summary:

A very sensitive site where care is needed to avoid harming the historic environment. There are three scheduled monuments which are not mentioned as development constraints, even though the archaeological potential of the site could influence development, given that archaeology could extend beyond the scheduled monuments. Not recognising the monuments and not including development criteria increases risk of harmful development. Monuments may need to be excluded from allocation boundary and further assessment of archaeology is recommended. Central and wet dock conservation area and St Mary at Quay should be mentioned as issues, and impact on heritage addressed and justified.
