The delay in the provision of the Country Park with a multi-start development of housing does not inspire confidence that the park will be delivered and be pushed to the side with further delays. Removal of trees, hedgerows, habitats and farmland without immediate replacement by the country park is not an acceptable proposal - the development of the Country Park should be at the very early stages of the Plan.
