Prince of Wales Drive - The site is currently defined as Local Centre 39 under Policy DM21. Marketing of the site for retail uses has demonstrated that there is no demand for retail use in this location and that such use is not economically viable. In order to secure beneficial alternative use it is proposed that the Local Centre designation should be removed and reallocated to enable comprehensive redevelopment for residential purposes.
