Further to our earlier comments, we are satisfied that the Appropriate Assessment for the Core Strategy now addresses our concerns in relation to increases in visitors to Orwell Country Park and Pond Hall Farm. IBC has also committed to carrying out a study into visitor use and bird disturbance around Bridge Wood and Pond Hall, which will provide a baseline and will be used to inform visitor management measures at the park. Where necessary we would expect individual developments to be subject to project level Habitats Regulations Assessment linking back to elements of mitigation identified at the strategic level.
