SOCS endorse the Northern Fringe Protection Group's points. The Appropriate Assessment ignores the change in Table 8B which states that completion of initial works at the Country Park is dependent on the occupation of 500 dwellings at Henley Gate. If fewer houses are developed or Henley Gate does not come forward in a timely manner there is no mechanism to secure delivery of the Country Park. The Habitats Regulations Assessment submitted for the CBRE planning application states that the Country Park should be in place in advance of occupation of the first dwelling.
