Appendix 3 and site sheets

Reference is made to site constraints for a number of housing allocation sites which are not currently under construction.

We note that some of the text appears to be based upon comments previously made by Anglian Water.

To be effective there is a need to distinguish between improvements to the water supply and foul sewerage networks to serve additional development and taking account of existing infrastructure in Anglian Water's ownership as part of the site layout (where relevant).

Also it is unclear what status this text has and whether it is intended to form part of the Local Plan policies. The text of this document suggests it is information only. However the intention appears to be that it should be considered as part of applications for these sites.

It would be helpful to clarify these requirements and have similar requirements for non housing sites where required.
