Great to see that the new plan considers sustainability and climate change. For a successful green rim, a holistic approach is needed. Ipswich certainly has cycling and walking routes, however, especially for cycling these unexpectedly stop very often. I feel the new plan should consider the 're-creation' of new cycling/walking routes, using the existing infrastructure but also creating new infrastructure that will include IBC and expand to Suffolk areas. For a wildlife resource, you need strong focal points but a continuous network to support it.
