These quarters are by Ipswich Central - not Ipswich Vision.
The policy isn't appropriate because the contents do not remain constant. The goalposts are constantly being changed and there is no consistency or clear vision.
There is also too much attempted copycat with disastrous effects. Maybe we should focus on something a bit more bespoke to Ipswich.
