Support the recognition that the site could be suitable for B1, B2 or B8, together with other appropriate employment-generating sui generis uses. Part of the site already benefits from planning permission for a B8 led development.
We also note reference to the site being planned comprehensively as part of a larger scheme with adjacent land in Mid Suffolk. There is an outline permission for up to 190 dwellings allowed at appeal (3200941) on adjacent land. The landowner intends to promote the remainder of the site (extending to the north of the permitted development) for future residential development.
