Representation Summary:

The Anglia Retail Park is a large site comprising retail buildings, surface car park and service yard; it is landscaped but has no ecological value in terms of protected species or other interest. Despite this much of the site is included within the proposed Ecological Network (Plan 2) and is defined as a Potential Development site with wildlife interest. There is no evidence to support this designation which could harm future development potential and threaten viability if ecological enhancement is required. The site should be removed from the Ecological Network.
