We object to the proposed building of houses on this area. The area needs a suitable place for children to play safely, residents to walk their dogs and an area where the local community can socialise.
This area if utilised properly could be the hub of this area, bringing all residents together. These days people complain that their children need to get out more; this area is an ideal area for this to happen if it is kept as an open green space, and as previously stated this would be an ideal area for the outside Gym and Play Area.
