Representation Summary:

The roads in Lavenham Road are not wide enough to cater for more cars, the dust carts can't even access roads when cars are parked on it. Also there aren't enough green/natural areas in the area so why do you need to take more away from the community.

I am totally against the idea especially because another plan of yours was refused therefore you have had to find alternative land. Having a plan refused doesn't fill me with much confidence and we already have enough problems in this area. My neighbours have both had their cars vandalised, a neighbour has been shoot at when he was merely walking his dog, a van has been set on fire, the camera near the gate doesn't work and I feel intimidated when I walk or drive through Kelly Road so take alternative routes. The authorities don't seem to be able to cope with the area as it is now so attracting (via more houses and things to do) and adding more people to the green (via more houses and things to do) will only make things worse for us all and uncontrollable for the authorises.

I have lived in my property for nearly two years and all I see and hear is favouritism given to residence in Kelly Road, things seem very one sided and Lavenham Road rarely gets a look in.
I'm not aware of any problems that have been caused by any resident in Lavenham Road or Mitre Way.
