It would become a slum area - houses/flats on top of each other; it would be cramming houses/flats into such a small area which draws a fine line between planning and cramming;
noise pollution; we are very quiet whereas with an extension of houses, we would loose our peace and tranquility;
overlooking existing properties, therefore invading their privacy and lost of their natural light;
there are plenty of boarded up houses/factories/empty offices along Hadleigh Road - why are they not being used for housing?
