I wish to register an objection to the planning application to build 20 houses on the site.

It will lead to an increase in traffic whilst at the same time reducing the amount of parking available. Parking is already difficult in the area and the loss of the car park coupled with the parking needs of a whole new housing development will make it almost impossible.

The adjacent conservation area is likely to be put at risk.

A new development will be out of character in a part of the road that comprises older buildings.
