Pleased to note that the number of dwellings has been reduced to 18. However, the density is out of character with the area and a lower density should be recommended. The development would diminish the effective use and potential for sport in the local area. It is important to encourage local facilities, especially when considering the effect of traffic related to the planned Northern Fringe development.
